Prior to addressing the international implications of the proposed “FAIR TAX”, I ask you for your indulgence and some of your precious time to allow me to bring to your attention the concept of one of the backers of the proposal. I’m referring to Mike Huckabee, ex-governor of the State of Arkansas, for a decade now an aspiring candidate to the presidency of our GREAT NATION. Governor HUCKABEE makes statements of the following nature in support of the FAIR TAX.

· To control spending, I believe the President should have the Line-item veto.
· I believe in free trade, but it has to be fair trade.
· Globalization, done right, done fairly, can be equivalent of a big pay raise by allowing us to buy things more cheaply.

I’d like you to join me at the best “Going out of Business” sale I can imagine one held by the Internal Revenue Service. Am I running for president to shut down the federal government? Not exactly. But I am running to completely eliminate all federal income and payroll taxes. And do I mean all- personal federal, corporate federal, gift, estate, capital gains, alternative minimum, Social Security, Medicare, self-employment. All our shopping bags filled with disorganized receipts, all our headaches and heartburn from tax stress will vanish. Instead we will have the FAIR TAX, a simple tax based on wealth. When that FAIR TAX becomes law, it will be like waving a magic wand releasing us from pain and unfairness.

Well Governor Huckabee best of luck in your presidency if elected in LA-LA land.

Can anyone with common sense believe the statements above as possible? The state of Arkansas is the home for WAL-MART; the greatest and most successful retailer in the world. I bet they are in favor of paying taxes.


Now back to the International implications of the proposed FAIR TAX. I cannot see any of the G9+5 (industrialized nations) powers of the world granting Lines of Credit, accepting Commercial papers, or buying the Bonds of this GREAT NATION without a proven tax structure in place. Our public securities especially our bonds attract great interest all over the world, in spite of (LOW/HIGH) interest rates. This is proof of the
Trust which both domestic and international investors place in our economic and social stability.

This GREAT NATION has achieved this success not withstanding the huge financial burden resulting from the IRAQ war and the war on terrorism. This shows that, in spite of all the unsolved problems, our international trade partners do realize that our ability and resolve to honor our public depths is tied to the current TAX structure in place. We need to avoid catastrophic and dangerous changes to our tax structures. “Remember” when we deviate from institutional procedures, it’s very difficult to cope with the resulting crisis.
We need to conserve our freedom, because freedom is the best way to assure a just distribution of global wealth. We know from an economic (economy 101) standpoint that

Today I expand on THE FAIR TAX proposal, and the manner of how it is presented as if it is the best thing “NEXT TO APPLE PIE AND CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM.” Let me advise you that this is not the case.

We should not jump in bed with this proposal in haste; this could be like another IRAK. It could be implemented too fast, no end to it and no exit plan in place. The proponents of the FAIR TAX can invest in ways best categorized as reckless while blinding themselves to the warning flags.

In my previous writ the need to decrease or eliminate the way the citizens of this GREAT NATION abuse the use of credit cards was mentioned. This abuse should be curtailed ASAP by implementing sound and practical legislation to govern the criteria utilized by the banks that issue these CREDIT CARDS. Remember we do not want or need too much government intervention in the private sector. Let’s be realistic, who is the banks CO SIGNER? Answer the GOVERNMENT, we the people. Where I’m leading with this is that repeatedly you and I have heard the cream and nectar backers of this tax proposal make statements of this nature ‘I DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS‘. The only plastic they acknowledge utilizing is their DEBIT CARD which is the same as cash, and if they utilize their credit cards, when the statement arrives they are PIF (paid in full).

Only a handful of the citizens of this GREAT NATION can have in their vocabulary the words mentioned above (PIF). When the abusers credit card statement arrives which is sixty percent of the trillion dollars owed by the Americans consumers, they are PTM (pay the minimum). The banks are aware that these debts will never be PIF. The PIF criterion is when we die. AND DON’T COUNT ON THIS the banks will find some way to try to have our next of kin pay our debt.

I know you are asking why doesn’t he get to the point. Well here it goes, I’m in agreement that the current tax system should be overhauled. We do not need a new tax system that has not been thawed out, and worse a system that will be geared to be fair based on monopoly dollars. Why monopoly dollars? The reason is that the majority of the big ticket items purchased by consumers is done by a signature on some legal document based on some imaginary CREDIT CARD SCORE SYSTEM that allows a person that earns thirty thousand dollars a year TO ACCUMULATE DEBTS IN THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. “The assumptions and the ratings used in the models to value the credit score system appears to be flawed”.

As you aware by now that the repayment of credit card transactions very seldom are materialized and the final destination of these debts are chapter seven or thirteen of the bankruptcy courts. Then ask yourself what happens to the tax dollars generated from these transactions? Answer they become monopoly dollars.

CASE IN POINT: We purchase, we sign, the payment gets processed thru the credit card, the merchant pays the state the applicable taxes, the bank pays the merchant, the
Consumer defaults on the credit card debt and the bank writes off the debt to THE GOVERNMENT, we the people.

NOTE: Seven years later the abusers are back to the same credit card abusive ways (forget about the new law that makes bankruptcy difficult).

We do not need a new tax system, let’s work with the one we have and correct the flaws, believe me it will be more beneficial to our GREAT NATION. Next I will be addressing what we have not been told (if they are aware at all) by the proponents of the FAIR TAX.

HINT: International implications start up-cost, possible social and economical consequences and the possible separation of some states from the union. The first to be addressed will be International implications.

Fair Tax Fiasco

Today I address THE FAIR TAX proposal for our great nation. This form of taxation has been around from the Romans era and most if not all non developed countries in the world have this method in place calling it FAIR TAX or not. The concept seems to work for these countries since at the end of certain periods they default on their obligations and their depths are absorbed by Nations which currently have a similar TAX structure as ours.

I do agree that some overhauling needs to be done to our current TAX structure. However, we first need to curve our spending both Government and individuals. In addition to curving our spending habits we should make it more difficult for individuals to obtain CREDITS CARDS, this has a great impact on whatever modification or replacement of our current TAX structure including the THE FAIR TAX proposal. A great part of revenue that will be generated by this proposal would be derived from the sales of goods and services which in eighty percent of the time are paid by CREDIT CARDS which is not real money until such time the charges are paid in real cash by the card holder. My question in this regard to THE FAIR TAX proponents at which time the revenue distribution will be handled, when the sales of goods and services took place or when the cardholder pays the bill. Please focus on the percentage of CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS defaults.

As you are aware the banking institutions do not absorb these losses they are in some way or the other funneled into OUR GREAT NATION coffers thru some creative loophole. The nations which have some similar FAIR TAX as proposed does not allow for individuals to have credit limits of thirty and forty thousand dollars the banking institutions needs to be addressed before any tax overhaul or change can take place.

We should take into consideration the HUSH, HUSH possible alliance between MEXICO, CANADA and OUR GREAT NATION in regards to the one monetary implementation of a single currency similar to the EURO. I hope we don’t come out of this as the sole responsible for any failure (remember you heard it here first).

Congress needs to put the immigrations welfare act to rest and addressed our possibilities of our NATION peaceful coexistence in the world.

NOTE: Let it be known that if the illegal aliens where to demand payment of all the contributions made to the SOCAIL SECURITY SYSTEM our economy will be in very, very sad shape. The Forgotten Ones

The forgotten ones are not what we are thinking in general. The following will address the selected few which were forced or voluntary joined this non-elite club. I’m referring to our ARMED force men and women which are the members of the FORGOTTEN ONES CLUB. These members are often looked upon as DRUG addicts, UNDESIREABLE, THIEVES etc, etc.

This is not the case, these club members are the ones that our great nation has put on the back burner regarding all social and economical benefits. It is great when we read about or visit the monuments and memorials dedicated to these real heroes of our times. These articles are front page. However; the death, abandonment, needs, help and rehabilitation required by these heroes are buried in the back pages of the newspaper and very seldom addressed on the TV nightly news. There are enough monies to bring these club members dignity and health back to normal social standards. But the problem is that the monies are in the wrong pockets and this should not be tolerated by this GREAT nation of heroes.

Let’s rethink what we are currently (if at all) doing to curve and correct the MEMBERS of the FORGOTTEN ONES CLUB situation. I start by advising the business concerns to bring these heroes back to the work force by placing them in the positions currently occupied by ILLEGAL underpaid aliens and provide them with dignified wages. A great portion of this recommendation can be achieved by CEO giving up some of their perks which they cannot spend in their lifetime. Again as mentioned before the monies is there but in the wrong pockets. We do not need Governmental intervention to correct or partially resolve this situation.

Now, let’s get down to laymen talking mode. This is street talk, the assholes that we got in Washington that were born with golden spoons full of shit in their fucking mouth and called carrot puree by their maids while their mother were sitting on their asses not realizing what the fuck was taking place. These bastards soon grow up to take their aristocratic asses with their heads full of shit to Washington to inherit what they think is their rightful place in this world henceforth creating more members to the FORGOTTEN ONES CLUB.

While this is taking place, the great wait by these mother fuckers is praying for their father and mother to die in order to inherit to monies they stole from these great heroes while they were in power. This has to stop.

Let me bring to your attention not only these club members have been a victim of these mother fuckers. Pay attention, once our GREAT NATION was the gold medalist in all swimming Olympics and others events NOW this title no longer pertains in general to the US if you are in doubt check the rio grand and observe how the MEXICANS swim across the river with the speed of lightning . No surprise the border patrol fails to detect this activity, it could be possible that some of THE CLUB MEMBERS could be employed to safeguard our fucking borders while the some of the border patrol agents get their eyesight and ass from sitting too much checked out.

OH lets continue this shit, the fucking AIRPORT security agents has the departing passenger boarding lines delayed and spread out for miles. This has no impact on the home land security issues because these passengers are leaving the country not coming in. These idiots are wasting the taxpayer monies. Because at the incoming end the IRANIANS, TALIBANS and all the other mother fuckers that wants to destroy this nation are coming in. These mother fuckers when asked by immigration what’s the nature of their business in the USA, they answer we are going to DISNEYLAND and from there to visit WASHINGTON D C. After clearing immigration they proceeds to customs, while their bags are checked and they are asked what is all the gadgets inside, they simply reply fireworks to celebrate that you have shit brained fucking idiots which makes our mission so simple.

Fast Food Is Not The Reason

The after effect of the MILITARY DRAFT suspension has taken its toll on this GREAT NATION. I’m referring to the overwhelming amount of OBESE people in America. You are questioning the relationship of one with other.

Well let me explain, since we did away with the MILITARY DRAFT (Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Air Force) our young men of this GREAT NATION, have from that point forward put on enormous amount of weight to the point that some are labeled as FATSO, POT BELLY, SLOBS and so many other derogatory slur words. Believe it or not, this has come to the point that these words are no longer offensive to the parties that fit the description. The reason of this is as time goes by they are becoming more and more promiscuous in our society, and they are under the impression that their physical condition is the norm.

When we had the MITARY DRAFT our men were trim and fit, and ready for whatever duties our GREAT NATION had in mind for them. This was due to the regimental and disciplinary mandatory exercises required of them. Thanks to these men there were a great deal of women that mirror the physical fitness in as much as they were not subject to the DRAFT.

Compare our non military men with those of other countries where the military DRAFT is in force. Our men are overweight at a rate of one in four. This is an unacceptable ratio; this put our GREAT NATION at a disadvantage in readiness and productivity. This situation takes its toll on our economy. How can we associate these two? Well they go hand in hand. The OBESE are more apt to have some medical condition or the other, and when this happens the work force is affected due to absenteeism, and normally the medical condition does not improve, henceforth the individuals involved end up in the SOCIAL WELFARE syndrome.

Several remedies are in place to curve OBESITY. The health enforcers have demanded the fast food chains like the McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Wendy’s, Church‘s Chicken to reduce the calories, fat calories, total fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates and protein involved in their menu. In reality the products that they were using are the same utilized prior and during the DRAFT. This will lead us to believe that this is not the solution to the problem.

Some of the OBESE are looking outside of the Government health enforcer’s remedies. They are joining Health Clubs and Health Gyms however you like to define them. However this is a band aid, not the cure. The Government should implement some kind of required once a month military style training for these individuals, I assure you that this will work, and also increase productivity in the work force, and reduce the health burden on the Medicare, Social Security SSI and all other Government sponsored health programs. Not to mention the great pool of able bodies that will be available for our National Defense at a moments notice.

LET me reiterate I’m not for government intervention in our life style. But in this case they have my full support.

We need to discontinue looking the other way on this matter. It will appear that not only productivity is involved in OBESITY. This situation has also reduced the population growth of US citizens. The lien and trim persons walking the street of America are the product of immigrants of which the majorities are illegal aliens. With the exception of the Mexicans, since a great number of them are OBESE their population growth has not diminished.

This situation is changing the face of our GREAT NATION at an unacceptable rate. It will sooner or later make impossible to enforce our immigration laws. Are we, the legal product of this country willing to allow this situation to continue? The answer is in your ball park.

To compound the situation, CONGRESS is addressing GOVERMENT assisted insurance for ten million children, I wonder where they are coming from. Are we going to send the insurance bill to Presidente “FELIPE CALDERON” of Mexico or will the tax payers of this GREAT NATION foot the bill?
